Co-founder of Bolen Institute of Excellence, Amber is a Certified Health Physicist and Registered Radiation Protection Technologist. Her work centers on health physics, radiation protection, and the professional education programs that grew into BIE Academy.

Co-founder of Bolen Institute of Excellence, Henry is a Certified Health Physicist, Certified Safety Professional, and Certified Instructional Technologist. His career spans health physics, occupational safety, regulatory compliance, and technical education.
Together, Amber and Henry bring more than 50 years of combined professional experience spanning health physics, occupational safety, nuclear operations, regulatory compliance, technical education, and business leadership.
